Dan Kania serves our member districts by helping them connect with local businesses, Chamber of Commerce and the Department of Labor in securing student apprenticeships in an effort to address the workforce “skills-gap”. He has 40 years in the field of education serving as a high school automotive instructor and an instructor, division chair, dean and vice president in higher education. Dan is passionate about utilizing relationship building and the collaboration of community partners to champion the creation of better opportunities for all.
