Candy Holloway serves our members by providing comprehensive literacy training, coaching and support; and works primarily with districts in Kirksville, Lewis County, South Shelby and Warren County. She has more than 32 years in education serving as a teacher leader and ELA curriculum coordinator. Candy has experience with data-based decision making to develop curriculum, assessments and plans for intervention and differentiation and is well-versed in the Science of Reading. She has worked with teachers and district leaders to develop and support MTSS to ensure student success both academically and socially. Candy is passionate about working with teachers and principals to understand the importance of literacy across content areas and how to implement effective, research-based literacy practice to improve outcomes for all students.
