Using Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA) and the ALGEE action plan, discover how to notice warning signs and symptoms of common mental health challenges in youth. Together, we will build awareness of how changes in behavior, mood, thinking and social functioning can signal emerging mental health concerns or potential crises. Emphasis will be placed on developing a nonjudgmental, observant lens that enables adults to notice concerns early and respond with care and support rather than diagnosis.
