What question did you face? What issue did you tackle?  Did you come up with a solution or implement a strategy with impactful results? We want you to facilitate at the innovate 2025 conference on February 24 and 25, 2025.

There will be three different points throughout the innovate 2025 session submission process when we will score proposals and send out acceptances or provide feedback on improvement. Potential facilitators who don’t receive an acceptance, can resubmit their proposal based on the feedback. The submission window will remain open until October 15 as long as there is space for sessions after the first two rounds.

Are you ready to submit your #innovate25 session proposal?

It’s a two-step process! Submit information via the innovate 2025 session submission form and record or upload your video to Flip.

Sessions will be scored using these five criteria:

Learn:
The session topic aligns with current trends and innovate’s focus areas and is original offering fresh perspective and insights.
The session will engage a diverse audience and stimulate meaningful discussions. 
Engage:
The session is likely to foster interactivity and engagement.
It will captivate attendees' interest involving them in the learning process and promote curiosity, meaningful dialogue and exchange of ideas.
Apply:
The session utilizes current issues, research findings, concepts and/or real-world applications that attendees can apply to their current role.
The session encourages active participation and engagement.
Flexibility:
Session and/or facilitator(s) are flexible to adapt to attendees’ needs and learning styles.
Video Submission:
The high-quality, dynamic and engaging video submitted explains the relevance of the session and what attendees will gain.
