CharacterPlus invites you and your colleagues to engage in a new type of conference format. During this 3-day conference, you will be inspired and motivated by the nation’s leaders in Transforming Cultures; you will learn best practices from the region’s leading practitioners; and you will experience these best practices first hand as you visit National Schools of Character. You will be immersed in some of the most impactful days of experiential learning ever! Bring a team with you as you listen, learn and experience leading schools journeys to excellence.

You will have the opportunity to hear from both national and regional experts who have championed this culture transforming process. You will select from different topics including Restorative Practices, Trauma Informed Education, Socio-Emotional Learning, Student Leadership, Student Summits, as well as Bully Prevention, Climate Assessment and Service Learning. You will engage in some of the Best Practices of character education and during your school visits you will see these principles in action. You will have a chance to interact with students and staff and ask them first hand questions about their journeys to become a National School of Character.

You will come away from this unconference conference experience with multiple ideas for immediate implementation into your school or classroom as you begin or continue your journey to transformational excellence.
