    CPI Nonviolent Crisis Intervention is considered the worldwide standard for crisis prevention and intervention training. With a core philosophy that provides for the care and safety of everyone involved in a crisis situation, the program's proven strategies give you the skills to safely and effectively respond to anxious, hostile or violent behavior while balancing the responsibilities of care.
    New for 2017-2018: Updated and additional content. Participants will receive enhanced training with expanded perspectives. This includes a wider range of physical interventions and restraints including the new seated option. 
    This program is evidence-based and aligned with PBIS and national standards. CPI Nonviolent Crisis Intervention is among a few, select programs recommended to fill the requirements of Missouri law (RSMo 160.263) and is a DESE model policy
