• Missouri Google Education Academy

There is no question that Google is here to stay and that Google Apps for Education has changed how students learn. Never before have students had so many resources at their fingertips. The way educators learn and collaborate has also changed.  If your district has gone Google, and you are feeling lost, then this GAFE Academy is for you!  As a participant of this academy you will learn more than just the basics of these amazing educational tools. Our Google Trained & Certified Instructors will help you dive deeper, learn ways to use these tools within your lessons and engage all learners like never before. If you are looking to Googlize your teaching, sign-up for this year-long academy. Become a METC GAFE Master by completing the coursework and presenting at the annual METC conference.

This long term academy will focus on:

    • Student engagement through Google Apps
    • Building regional GAFE Educators
    • Collaborating through the use of Google tools
    • Exploring differentiated instructional practices
