Melissa Yount-Ott provides support to our member districts for effective teaching and learning.

She has 25 years of experience in education, including serving as an elementary teacher, reading specialist, instructional specialist, assistant principal, principal and curriculum director.

Melissa is passionate about growing capacity in leaders and learners at all levels in our educational systems and believes that increasing shared leadership, collective efficacy and student agency are essential to educational communities where everyone belongs, and sustainable student growth happens. Her focus is supporting the development of strong, sustainable schools where everyone has the hope of a bright future.
