Lisa Thompson serves our members by providing support and leadership development for Principals in schools who are focusing on enhancing effective teaching and learning within their district. Lisa has worked 26 years in education, serving as a classroom Teacher, Staff Developer, Assistant Principal and Principal. She is passionate that all kids deserve a high quality education. She believes education is a right and not a privilege reserved for students of financial means and it is the responsibility of educators to ensure that every student in our region is receiving a high quality education.
